About Me

Hi everyone!  My name is Jessica Fischer and I want to introduce myself to give you a general background that lead me to trying mixed media along with a short resume. 

I live in Denver, NC but was raised near Pittsburgh, PA and spent approximately 10 years in Fort Walton Beach, FL. I definitely prefer the warmer weather!  In Pittsburgh, I graduated with a B.S. in Applied Mathematics and minored in computer science, so my jobs after that were mainly dealing with data analysis and management positions.  While in Florida, I picked up scrapbooking as a hobby.  When I saw what mixed media scrapbooking was, I just had to try and figure it out!  It has been a very amazing and messy challenge.
